Tân Digital is a small web design business in Flintshire, run by Cadell. This page explains what information we use, why, and how to ask us to stop. Questions: hello@tandigital.wales.

If we've written to your business

We find local businesses that don't have a website (or whose website isn't working well) using publicly available information: Google Maps listings and the Companies House register. We keep only what we need to contact you about a website: your business name, business address, business phone number, your Google rating, and whether you have a website.

We use it on the basis of legitimate interests: offering a relevant service to local businesses. We only email limited companies, and we check phone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service before calling.

Don't want to hear from us? Reply to our letter or email hello@tandigital.wales, and we'll stop straight away, take down any preview we built for you, and delete your details (keeping only your business name on a "do not contact" list so we don't contact you again by mistake).

If we don't hear back, we delete your details within 12 months.

If you book a call or email us

Bookings are handled by Cal.com and email by Zoho Mail. We use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run your website.
